Chat-Assisted Video

You can ask Aethera to generate videos from chat. Chat-assisted video uses Video Studio models, but it does not wait in the chat turn for the finished file. Instead, Aethera asks for approval, launches the render in the background, then links you to the video gallery.

Describe the clip you want, including subject, motion, style, duration, aspect ratio, audio needs, or start-frame requirements.

Aethera can browse the video model catalog and choose a model based on quality, speed, audio, and frame support.

The chat approval card opens with one clip row for a single video, or up to four clip rows for a batch of distinct clips.

Open each clip row to adjust its prompt, model, duration, resolution, aspect ratio, audio, start frame, or end frame where supported.

Approve to launch the render. Deny if you do not want Aethera to spend credits or create the video.

After launch, chat shows a status card with a link to the video gallery. The finished clip appears there when rendering completes.

When chat proposes multiple videos, each row is its own clip, not a variation count. Use this for:

  • Several ad cuts for the same campaign.
  • A sequence of storyboard beats.
  • Different platform formats or aspect ratios.
  • Multiple product or scene concepts.

The approval card can apply one model to all clips, or you can choose a different model per clip.

Chat video generation starts a background render and returns immediately with a status card. The card can update as the video row changes, but the gallery is the main place to watch, preview, and download finished clips.

The video approval card can include start and end frames:

  • Use a start frame to animate an existing Studio image or an uploaded frame.
  • Use an end frame when the selected model supports a first-last-frame transition.
  • Frame uploads in the chat approval card must be JPG or PNG files under 4 MB.

Default video permissions follow this pattern:

Tool typeDefault
Browse video modelsAuto-approved
Propose video generationAuto-approved
Generate videoAsk approval
Show video job statusAuto-approved

If video generation is blocked in Tool Permissions, Aethera can still discuss the request but cannot launch the render.

  • “Create a 5-second cinematic product video with steam rising from the cup.”
  • “Turn this image into a slow 9:16 social video.”
  • “Make three distinct launch teaser clips: one product close-up, one lifestyle scene, and one logo reveal.”
  • “Animate between these two frames with a smooth clockwise camera move.”
