Image Generation Studio provides a comprehensive gallery system for organizing, managing, and accessing all your AI-generated images. With powerful collection tools, search capabilities, and flexible viewing options, you can efficiently manage large libraries of creative content.

The gallery serves as your central hub for all generated images, offering both organizational tools and easy access to your creative work.

  • All Images View: Complete library of your generated images with count display
  • Collection Organization: Custom folders for organizing images by topic, project, or purpose
  • Search Functionality: Quickly find specific images using search terms
  • Multiple View Options: Switch between grid and list views for different workflows
  • Image Details: Access creation date, collection assignment, and image properties

The gallery automatically tracks all your generated images and provides real-time counts for each collection, helping you stay organized as your image library grows.

Collections Management

Understanding Collections

Collections are custom folders that help you organize your images by theme, project, or any categorization system that works for your workflow.

Default Collections:

  • All Images: Shows every image you’ve generated with total count
  • Uncategorized: Images not yet assigned to specific collections

Custom Collections: You can create unlimited custom collections with descriptive names like:

  • Project-specific folders (e.g., “Marketing Campaign 2024”)
  • Content-type collections (e.g., “Portraits”, “Landscapes”)
  • Client or purpose-based organization (e.g., “Client Work”, “Personal Projects”)

Creating New Collections

Access Collection Creation

Look for the ”+” icon next to “Collections” in the left sidebar.

Enter Collection Name

Type a descriptive name for your new collection in the input field.

Create Collection

Click “Create” to establish your new collection folder.

Organize Images

Move existing images into your new collection or generate new images directly into it.

Moving Images to Collections

From Gallery View:

  • Select images you want to organize
  • Choose the destination collection from available options
  • Confirm the move to update organization

During Generation:

  • Specify target collection when creating new images
  • Automatically organize new content as it’s generated
  • Maintain project organization from the start

Collection Management

Viewing Collection Contents:

  • Click on any collection name to view only images in that folder
  • See image count for each collection in the sidebar
  • Access collection-specific search and filtering

Collection Maintenance:

  • Rename collections as projects evolve
  • Move images between collections as needed
  • Delete empty or unused collections to maintain organization

View Options

Grid View

  • Layout: Visual thumbnail grid showing image previews
  • Best For: Quick visual browsing and image comparison
  • Features: Easy scanning of multiple images, visual pattern recognition
  • Usage: Ideal for selecting images based on visual characteristics

List View

  • Layout: Detailed list with image thumbnails and metadata
  • Best For: Viewing creation dates, collection assignments, and image details
  • Features: Sortable columns, detailed information display
  • Usage: Perfect for organization tasks and detailed management

Switching Between Views

Locate View Controls

Find the Grid/List toggle buttons in the gallery interface.

Select Preferred View

Click “Grid” for thumbnail view or “List” for detailed information view.

Adjust Display

Use the view that best suits your current task or preference.

Accessing Image Information

In Grid View:

  • Hover over images to see basic information
  • Click images to access detailed view and properties
  • Quick access to essential metadata

In List View:

  • See creation dates, collection assignments, and details at a glance

  • Compare multiple images’ properties simultaneously

Image Properties Panel

When viewing individual images, you can access:

Image Properties:

  • Dimensions: Pixel size and aspect ratio information
  • Format: File format (typically JPEG for generated images)
  • Creation Date: When the image was generated

Generation Settings:

  • Model Used: Which AI model generated the image
