Image Studio
Image Studio is Aethera’s image creation workspace. The current interface uses a large centered canvas with one creation dock at the bottom, so prompting, model selection, aspect ratio, batch count, reference images, and edits all stay close to the result you are working on.
What you can do
Section titled “What you can do”Generate from a prompt
Describe the image, choose a model and style, pick an aspect ratio, and generate one to four images.
Use a reference
Upload a JPG or PNG reference when the selected image model supports image-to-image generation.
Edit on the canvas
Select Edit on a generated image and the same bottom dock becomes the edit prompt for that image.
Animate to video
Use Animate on an image to open Video Studio with that image loaded as the start frame.
Assign to a project
Use the project picker in the canvas header to keep generated images with related chats, documents, and project work.
Review in Gallery
Every generated image is saved to the Studio Gallery, where you can search, preview, download, move, or delete it.
Generate an image
Section titled “Generate an image”Open Image Studio
Section titled “Open Image Studio”Select Image Studio from the sidebar.
Choose a project if needed
Section titled “Choose a project if needed”Use the project badge near the top of the canvas if the image belongs with a specific project.
Write the prompt
Section titled “Write the prompt”Describe the image in the bottom dock. The prompt field supports up to 2000 characters.
Set the generation controls
Section titled “Set the generation controls”Choose a model, style, aspect ratio, and generation count. Some models hide unsupported controls, and free plans may limit certain aspect ratios or batch counts.
Add a reference image when useful
Section titled “Add a reference image when useful”If the selected model supports references, use the Reference chip to upload a JPG or PNG under 10 MB.
Review cost and generate
Section titled “Review cost and generate”The button shows the current credit estimate or cost varies for models billed from provider usage. Select Generate to start, or Stop to cancel an active request.
Review the canvas
Section titled “Review the canvas”The result appears in the center canvas. If you generated multiple images, use the side strip to switch between them.
Edit or animate a result
Section titled “Edit or animate a result”After an image appears, use the image controls to:
- Edit: switch the bottom dock from create mode into edit mode for the selected image.
- Upscale: improve resolution before download or reuse.
- Animate: send the image to Video Studio as a start frame.
- View versions: inspect edit history and choose which version is current.
Mobile availability
Section titled “Mobile availability”Image Studio is designed for desktop-sized screens. On smaller mobile viewports, Aethera shows a mobile warning instead of the full Studio interface.
