Aethera uses credits to meter AI work across chat, documents, Compose, Studio, connectors, and agent workflows.

How Credits Work
Section titled “How Credits Work”Monthly credits
Paid-plan credits granted for the billing period. These are spent first.
Daily top-up
A daily allowance that refreshes at UTC midnight. Daily credits are primarily for standard model work.
Bonus credits
Credits from onboarding or promotions. Bonus credits are spent after monthly and daily credits when eligible.
Transaction history
Usage shows grants, debits, and renewals so you can audit credit movement.
Where To Manage Billing
Section titled “Where To Manage Billing”- Settings → Usage shows your plan, renewal date, daily balance, monthly balance, reset timing, and transaction history.
- Settings → Billing shows subscription controls such as manage or upgrade plan, update payment, cancel plan, keep plan, and cancel scheduled downgrade.
- Organization billing controls require administrator access.
