Team Plans
Team billing is managed from an organization workspace. It gives teams centralized subscription management while keeping work organized through shared documents, projects, personas, and connectors.
Who Can Manage Team Billing
Section titled “Who Can Manage Team Billing”Only organization administrators can manage subscriptions from Settings → Billing. Other members see an admin-access message and should contact an administrator for plan or payment changes.
Organization Roles
Section titled “Organization Roles”| Role | Typical access |

| Administrator | Manage billing, organization settings, members, and shared resources. |
| Data manager | Manage shared documents and shared personas. |
| Member | Use organization resources available to them. |
What Teams Share
Section titled “What Teams Share”Organization workspaces can include:
- Shared documents
- Shared projects
- Shared personas
- Workspace-scoped connectors
- Tool permissions for internal and connected-app tools
- Centralized billing controls for administrators
Manage Team Billing
Section titled “Manage Team Billing”Switch to the Organization
Section titled “Switch to the Organization”Use the workspace selector to choose the organization workspace.
Open Settings
Section titled “Open Settings”Select Settings from the sidebar.
Open Billing
Section titled “Open Billing”Choose Billing. If you are an administrator, you can manage the plan, update payment, cancel, keep, or cancel scheduled downgrade actions.
Review Usage
Section titled “Review Usage”Open Usage to inspect plan status, renewal dates, balances, and transaction history.
Adding and Removing Members
Section titled “Adding and Removing Members”Administrators manage organization members from the organization settings area. Seat and billing changes can depend on the active subscription and billing period, so review the Billing page after adding or removing members.
Best Practices
Section titled “Best Practices”- Keep at least one active administrator on every organization.
- Use shared personas and shared documents for organization-wide resources.
- Keep private personas and private documents for personal work inside the organization.
- Review tool permissions before auto-approving connected-app write/delete tools.
- Check Usage after plan or membership changes to confirm credits and renewal details.
