Manage Billing
The Billing page in Aethera allows you to manage your subscriptions, view your plan details, and update your payment information. Here’s how to navigate and use the Billing page:
Steps to Manage Your Billing
Open Billing Settings
Navigate to the "Billing" tab in the settings section of your Aethera dashboard.
View Current Plan
You will see details about your current subscription plan, including:
- Plan Name: The name of your current plan (e.g., Pro Plan - Monthly).
- Status: Indicates if the plan is active and the next renewal date.
- Upcoming Invoice: The next invoice payment amount.
Manage Subscription
Click the “Manage Subscription” button to open a drawer where you can:
- View Pricing Plans: See different subscription options, including Free, Plus, and Pro plans.
- Upgrade/Downgrade Plan: Choose a different plan that better suits your needs.
- Cancel Subscription: Option to cancel your current subscription.
Update Payment Information
Click the “Update Card Info” button to manage your payment methods. Here you can:
- Add a New Card: Enter details of a new credit or debit card.
- Update Existing Card: Modify details of your existing payment method.
Check Next Invoice
Information about your next invoice and billing cycle is displayed, including the date and amount of the next charge.
By regularly checking your billing settings, you can ensure that your subscription plan aligns with your usage needs and that your payment information is up-to-date. This helps avoid any interruptions in service.
